The Ring Lock Scaffold is a modular access and shoring system built from standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, base collars, adjustable jack bases and U head jacks. Its rosette connection allows several members to meet at each level, creating a flexible scaffold layout for working platforms, slab support, stair towers, pier columns and temporary access structures. The system is available in 48 mm and 60 mm configurations to suit different project requirements.
Each standard is welded with a rosette containing four smaller holes for ledgers and four larger holes for diagonal braces. After the wedge pin is hammered into place, the ledger and brace connect closely with the standard. The three-point loading arrangement helps resist bending and sliding, while vibration is transferred through the standard toward the ground instead of repeatedly loosening the wedge connection. This modular joint reduces fitting work when scaffold bays or support grids need to be changed.
The system combines Q355B standards with Q235B ledgers and diagonal braces, adjustable jack bases and U head jacks. High zinc coating helps provide a clean surface and long service life. Automatic welding and process inspection support consistent component accuracy. Staircases, catwalks, toe boards and related accessories can be added for safer circulation and platform assembly.
