Ring Lock Scaffold with 60mm Diameter Tube for Heavy Duty Support

Ring Lock Scaffold (also called Rosette System) is a heavy-duty modular scaffolding system featuring vertical standards with welded rosette rings. It is engineered for high-load applications including bridge falsework, industrial access, and concrete shoring, offering a blend of structural integrity and rapid assembly.

Features & Functions

Tool-Free Wedge Connection: Horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces lock into the rosette with a single hammer-driven wedge, enabling 2-3 times faster assembly than traditional tube-and-coupler systems and reducing labor costs.
Multi-Directional Node: Each rosette ring allows connections in 8 directions (0°, 45°, 90°), providing exceptional flexibility to build curved walls, complex geometries, and large-span support towers.
Integrated Bracing: The system includes standardized diagonals that slot directly into the rosettes, ensuring triangulated stability without loose bolts or separate couplers, which minimizes on-site hazards.
Heavy-Duty Shoring: With high axial load capacity, it is commonly used as primary support for heavy concrete formwork, slab pouring, and temporary structural works.
