Adjustable Steel Prop for Concrete Slab Wall and Formwork Support

An adjustable steel prop is a telescopic temporary support designed for slab formwork, beams, wall shutters, and repair work. The inner tube slides inside the outer tube, while the collar, pin, and threaded adjustment enable fast height setting on site. Heavy duty, light duty, aluminum, and push-pull models cover a wide range of support heights and working conditions.

Multiple prop ranges are available to suit different site loads and heights:

• The heavy duty Middle East prop uses 48 mm inner and 60 mm outer tubes with a 1.4 to 4.0 mm tube wall range, covering adjustable heights from 1.7 to 5.0 m across the catalogue.
• The Spanish light duty model uses 40 mm and 48 mm tubes for 0.6 to 4.0 m heights.
• The Italian model uses 48 mm and 56 mm tubes for 1.6 to 4.0 m heights.
• For projects requiring lower self weight, aluminum props cover 0.8 to 6.25 m with listed load ranges from 20 to 90 kN, depending on height and model.

Fast adjustment with compact storage: a coarse pin sets the tube position through aligned holes, and the threaded collar fine-tunes the final height without dismantling the support frame. The props take up little floor space when stacked and can be combined with fork heads, U heads, tripods, T heads, prop nuts, and square plates for slab shoring. Push-pull props are also available for plumbing and bracing vertical panels.
