Overview ABS plastic formwork is a modular mould system moulded from virgin ABS resin, supplied as one-piece panels that are bolted together with installation handles and alignment crossbars to form walls, columns and slabs. The largest panel is 1200 x 600 mm at 9.70 kg and the range runs down to 150 x 200 mm at 0.68 kg, so wall lengths and tie positions are read off the panel grid instead of being cut on site.
