Overview ABS plastic formwork is a modular mould system moulded from virgin ABS resin, supplied as one-piece panels that are bolted together with installation handles and alignment crossbars to form walls, columns and slabs. The largest panel is 1200 x 600 mm at 9.70 kg and the range runs down to 150 x 200 mm at 0.68 kg, so wall lengths and tie positions are read off the panel grid instead of being cut on site. Panels are rated for 100 to 150 reuses, and the corner guards are
