The Cuplock Scaffolding System is a modular steel scaffold using a cup-and-blade connection - hammer down the upper cup to lock ledgers in seconds. Made from Q355B steel with hot-dip galvanized finish (≥55μm), it offers up to 120 kN load per standard and EN 12810 compliance.
Compared to frame or tube-clamp systems, Cuplock provides faster erection, higher strength, and 20+ years corrosion resistance - ideal for general construction and formwork falsework.
