A. Introduce
Film faced plywood is a temporary support structure made according to design requirements, which enables concrete structures and components to form in the specified position and geometric dimensions, maintain their correct position, and withstand the self weight of the film faced plywood and external loads acting on it.
Film faced plywood is made by uniformly impregnating wooden raw material veneers with melamine glue or phenolic glue, assembling the wooden raw material veneers in a staggered manner, and shaping them through cold pressing technology. Then, film faced paper is covered on both sides of the plywood and the product is formed through high-temperature hot pressing technology. Finally, the formed product is cut by an automated table saw on all four sides to make it.
Wooden veneer is generally made of poplar, pine, eucalyptus or birch wood, and is divided into first and second level wooden veneer. Film faced paper is a type of impregnated paper made by impregnating specialized paper with amino resin (mainly melamine resin) or phenolic resin, and drying it to a certain degree of solidification. Film faced paper is hot pressed with plywood to produce film faced plywood, which make the surface of the building membrane board beautiful, wear-resistant, pressure resistant, and waterproof. This greatly extends the service life of film faced plywood and makes the concrete surface smooth and flat. The color of film faced paper can be customized according to customer needs.
