The Cuplock Scaffolding System is a modular steel scaffold featuring a cup-and-blade connection system - simply hammer down the upper cup to lock ledgers in seconds. Manufactured from Q355B steel with hot-dip galvanized finish (≥55μm), it offers up to 120 kN load capacity per standard and complies with EN 12810 standards.
Compared to frame or tube-clamp systems, Cuplock provides faster erection, higher strength, and 20+ years corrosion resistance - making it ideal for general construction and formwork falsework applications.
